RN Med Surg - Patient Care Coordinator

This registered nurse position in the Orthopedics department involves providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care by applying the nursing process and organizational policies. New RN graduate or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. Applies basic knowledge to meet care standards and works as a full partner in an interdisciplinary team. Participation in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program is not required. Healthcare CPR is mandatory; optional certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NALS may be required for certain areas, with training provided. Specialty units will provide specific education as needed.
