Certified Occupational Therapist – Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Early Intervention Location NYC: Queens Center: 34-51 Leavitt St., Flushing 11354 Agency Little Masters Development Center – New York State Early Intervention Provider Agency Compensation $50 - $70 per hour We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapists and COTAs who are licensed in NYS to provide direct services to young children ages birth to three years old through NYC’s Early Intervention Program. Responsibilities Delivering services to children birth to 3‑years old in a center‑based setting Develop creative programs and activities for children with developmental disabilities to improve social and cognitive functions Encourage the child’s participation in goal‑oriented activities Develop Treatment Plans to address the child’s needs and help meet specific goals Work closely with families to provide information and skills necessary to enhance the development of the child Assess the school/home environment if possible and recommend adaptations to improve independence and wellness Work with families and other service providers to achieve a child’s IFSP or EIP goals Participate in IEP meetings and other meetings as needed Provide services in home, school‑based and daycare centers Daily data collection Maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child Requirements Certified in New York State as an Occupational Therapist Certified in New York State as an Occupational Therapist Assistant Early Intervention Occupational Therapist experience: 3 years preferred Experience writing session notes and reviewing IFSPs preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Good technical skills and the ability to learn new databases Education Master’s Degree (Required) Preferred Bilingual a plus Experience working in home‑based programs, schools, or daycare centers Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Flexible schedule Sign‑off Bonus Cases clustered geographically Clinical support Competitive hourly rates Semi‑monthly dependable payroll Job Types W2 & 1099 Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an equal‑opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on any protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
