Access Associate Senior - Children's Riverside

UVA Health Children’s is looking for an Access Associate Senior to support patient intake, registration, scheduling, and financial clearance across multiple pediatric and women’s outpatient locations. The starting base rate for this role is $19.50/hour and includes a $3,500 sign-on bonus, requiring a 2-year commitment to UVA Health. Eligible for full remote after 6 months of training. This role is a call center function that supports multiple clinical settings. In this high‑impact position, you will serve as a trusted access expert across multiple clinical settings, supporting patient intake, registration, scheduling, and financial clearance functions. Your ability to adapt quickly, maintain accuracy, and provide outstanding service will directly influence both patient experience and operational efficiency. This role demands strong judgment, adaptability, and a patient‑centered mindset, as you will be stepping into diverse workflows and cross‑functioning teams while upholding UVA Health’s high standards of excellence.
