CDL-A Truck Driver | Montgomery, AL | Guaranteed CPM Pay | Dedicated Freight

Location: Montgomery, AL (36043)

Drivers who prefer dedicated freight and predictable pay structures should take a close look at this opportunity. This position combines guaranteed CPM earnings, scheduled home time, and no-touch freight on established regional lanes.

Position Highlights

• Guaranteed .70 CPM pay structure
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after orientation
• Home every other week with 48-hour reset
• Dedicated no-touch freight
• Minimum pay guarantee protection

This account is designed to keep drivers moving with consistent freight and organized route planning. Dispatch focuses on maintaining productivity while minimizing downtime between loads.

Drivers operate 2019+ Freightliner Cascadias equipped with APUs and automatic transmissions. Equipment is maintained regularly to support reliable operation and driver comfort throughout each trip.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Verifiable tractor trailer experience

Pass DOT physical

Safe driving history preferred
