Key Holder / Shift Supervisor

Responsibilites include:
- Opening and closing the store
- Following cash-handling procedures
- Serving as Leader on Duty
- Determining appropriate break times
- Coaching and developing staff
- Ensuring team productivity and task completion
- Ensuring safety of all customers and staff
- Signing in customers and explaining the buy process in detail
- Sorting and pricing products customers bring in to sell to the store
- Diplomatically explaining pass reasons and presenting the quoted offer to the customer
- Accurately process transactions using cash-handling procedures
- Tagging, hanging, and visually merchandising products
- Managing fitting rooms
- Following loss-prevention procedures as outlined by store management
- Determining appropriate break times
- Coaching and developing staff
- Ensuring team productivity and task completion
