Located just north of Atlanta, Sandy Springs offers an outstanding quality of life with beautiful parks, excellent dining, upscale shopping, and convenient access to all the amenities of metro Atlanta.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care.Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures.Diagnose and treat periodontal disease in collaboration with the doctor.Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings.Take and interpret digital dental radiographs.Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care.Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow.Qualifications:Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of GeorgiaCurrent CPR/BLS certification.Experience treating periodontal disease, including Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) preferred.Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule.Excellent communication and patient education skills.Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.Seeking a long-term opportunity with a growing practice.Benefits:Comprehensive medical insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO).Paid holidays.Retirement plan options.Continuing education opportunities.Professional development support.Competitive compensation with significant production-based earning potential.Stable, collaborative, and supportive team environment.Why Join Our Practice?Consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with a three-day weekend every week.$55/hour or 32% of net production, whichever is greater.Strong earning potential with an established patient base.Opportunity to perform comprehensive periodontal therapy, including SRPs.Privately owned practice committed to long-term team members.Collaborative team culture focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
