Responsibilities Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Past sales experience is preferred B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person Compensation $60,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
