Job Description

As a Security Officer Clearance Required Patrol Team in MOORESTOWN, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access, unusual activity, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and report suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or maintenance concerns according to site protocols.
• Support access control, monitor restricted areas, and complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in alignment with Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
