AI Product Manager, VP - Salesforce CRM

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in AI product management or a related domain.
• We need advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including some exposure to front-to-back data management and data quality.
• We expect proven experience leading product lifecycle work such as discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• We require expert-level proficiency in Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, with a strong focus on optimizing Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
• We need proven experience delivering AI products with testing, observability, and evaluation of AI features.
• We expect excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain platform strategies to stakeholders.
• We value the ability to communicate with clarity, conviction, and confidence, and to present product strategy in business language.
• We require experience driving global enterprise change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• We need experience in asset or wealth management, along with a strong understanding of CRM requirements and best practices for the industry.
• We expect a solid understanding of sales processes and tools, including how Salesforce platforms support business-critical distribution processes.
• Preferred: prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Preferred: a passion for using technology to improve sales efforts.
• Preferred: deep, data- and technology-driven experience supporting sales productivity and end-to-end processes.
• Preferred: asset management, wealth management, or other relevant financial industry experience.

• We use our understanding of LLMs and predictive and generative technologies to shape product outcomes.
• We lead discovery efforts and research to identify solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• We own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog so it supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We build the framework for product success and track key performance metrics.
• We develop deep stakeholder relationships across global client-facing teams and use product cabinets and user forums to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• We communicate clearly and confidently at every level, tailoring our message to the audience and aligning plans across the business.
• We act with urgency to meet business needs and operate effectively under pressure in a matrixed environment.
• We collaborate with internal product partners, including our AI organization, on best-fit product and buy-versus-build decisions that support global scale.
• We work with our Salesforce partner to maximize roadmap and capability adoption, and we manage proof-of-concept initiatives with technology peers to accelerate innovation.
