Job Location: Corporate Office - Minneapolis, MN 55422 Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $76,500.00 Job Shift: Day Job Overview Division: Koch Trucking Reports to: Director of Recruiting Employee Classification: Full Time Weekly Hours: 40 Position Details Job Summary The Driver Recruiter interviews, screens, and qualifies potential truck driver candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. This role collaborates closely with operations to understand hiring demands, ensures compliance with DOT standards, and delivers a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Essential Job Functions Collaborate with the operations team to assess and forecast staffing needs Review and process driver applications, conducting initial screenings based on company qualifications and DOT standards Schedule and conduct interviews, maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media Ensure all activities comply with DOT regulations and internal policies Prepare and manage driver qualification documentation, including background checks, MVRs, and criminal history reviews Maintain accurate candidate records in Tenstreet (Applicant Tracking System) Utilize computer programs including Tenstreet, HireRight, Clearinghouse, and Microsoft Office Suite Maintain availability for driver needs outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends Secondary Job Functions Serve as a representative of the Company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Koch community, customers and with the public. Working Conditions Temperature regulated office environment Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications Qualifications Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in high volume recruiting Proficiency in computer applications Working knowledge of DOT regulations Preferred Education and Experience Associate degree in Sales, Communications, Business, or related field 2 or more years of experience in high volume recruiting 2 or more years of experience with driver recruiting Experience using Tenstreet ATS Extensive knowledge of DOT standards Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit for up to 90% of the workday using a computer, phone, keyboard, and mouse Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the remaining time Ability to lift up to 15 pounds *This job description is designed to be a guide and is not to be construed as a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, skills or responsibilities that are required for this position.
