Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Zollinger Physical Therapy (formerly Fritter, Schulz & Zollinger)
Locations: Gilroy, CA and/or Hollister, CA

Zollinger Physical Therapy is seeking a  California-licensed Physical Therapist (PT)to join our outpatient orthopedic private practice. We are a patient-centered clinic focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care with an emphasis on clinical excellence and meaningful therapist-patient relationships.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Direct access to the clinic owner, who is also an actively treating physical therapist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population
• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
• Utilize  manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants as appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Current  California Physical Therapist license
• Ability to perform  thorough, comprehensive, and accurate evaluations
• Strong  manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience with  therapeutic exercise prescription and progression
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist at Zollinger Physical Therapy, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assessing patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administering therapeutic exercises and physical therapy techniques.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educating patients and their families on recovery strategies and prevention techniques.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver the highest standard of care.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
• Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not required.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
