About the Role: As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, promoting independence and dignity while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver excellent patient-centered care, addressing the unique needs of each individual.
