You'll work alongside your delivery partner, dispatch team, and distribution center to safely transport, set up, and inspect furniture and mattresses while creating an experience guests will remember long after the truck leaves their driveway.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver furniture and mattresses weighing up to 300 pounds (team lifting required).
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous furniture, appliance, or home delivery experience.
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck.
• Familiarity with GPS routing and delivery technology.
• Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and installation.
• Experience working in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Deliver the "Ohh Yeah!" Experience

• Represent Furniture Mall professionally during every guest interaction.
• Arrive with a positive attitude and create an exceptional final impression.
• Communicate clearly with guests before, during, and after each delivery.
• Ensure guests are satisfied before leaving the home.

Deliver Safely

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles while following all DOT regulations and traffic laws.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery truck.

Protect Every Product

• Carefully load, secure, transport, unload, assemble, and place merchandise inside guests' homes.
• Inspect merchandise before delivery.
• Prevent damage to products, homes, and property.
• Remove packaging materials and leave the delivery area clean.

Help Guests Get It Right

• Confirm placement with the guest before setting furniture.
• Ensure products are functioning properly when applicable.
• Answer basic product questions.
• Resolve minor issues on-site whenever possible.
• Communicate any concerns quickly to the Delivery Leadership Team.

Be a Great Teammate

• Work closely with your delivery partner.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer care teams.
• Support teammates when additional help is needed.

Tuesday - Saturday. Off Sunday and Monday.
Hours 7:30A to 4:00P or the last guest is happy.
