ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The RN will be responsible for managing patients requiring critical care, including those on ventilators or receiving hemodynamic monitoring.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Every 3rd weekend required, with a potential for every other weekend.

Job Description

Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform required procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and improve patient outcomes. Float to Med-Surg units as needed and provide care for a varied patient population. Participate in bedside procedures such as chest tube placements, intubations, and line placements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU/CCU experience is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Must have SANE certification at the time of submission.
• Willingness to obtain necessary state licensure before starting the position.
