Responsibilities Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk support Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and take messages Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and general office administration Support order entry and maintain inventory records Coordinate meetings and prepare related materials Maintain office supplies and assist with administrative projects Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications & Skills Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Previous administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) preferred QuickBooks or other accounting software experience is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Experience in a medical office environment is helpful, but not required Why Join This Opportunity?
