Remote Senior Scrum Master: Agile Leader & Roadmap Coach

Thrivent is seeking a Sr Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader for agile teams. You will coach teams on Scrum, align priorities with product owners, and drive delivery with stakeholders, balancing cost, time and scope to maximize velocity.

You will lead multiple product teams, remove obstacles, and foster self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. Strong communication with executives and cross-functional partners is essential.
