Looking for a dynamic contract opportunity in the Eden Prairie, MN area for the upcoming academic year? Experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed to support students with severe behavioral and physical disabilities in a structured, setting 4 district environment. This is a rewarding position spanning from early September 2026 through June 2027, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. You'll work with two centers and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What you’ll bring:
- Active BCBA certification with experience working in schools
- Demonstrated skill providing behavioral interventions and supporting students with significant behavioral and physical disabilities
- Previous involvement conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities, including paperwork and debriefing responsibilities
- Capacity to effectively manage care and programming for multiple classrooms (serving approximately 35-40 students)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a designated BCBA across classrooms, overseeing behavior support services for students in a setting 4 environment
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and FBAs, and implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
- Prepare required paperwork, maintain student records, and participate in ongoing debriefings
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and related service providers
- Support safe, positive learning environments for students with diverse and intensive needs within one centralized school location
