In this role, you'll be more than just a leader-you'll be the go-to person who keeps daily operations on track, supports your team, and ensures every order is handled safely, accurately, and on time. What You'll Do Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates throughout each shift. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity goals. Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on schedule. Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory movement, and warehouse organization. Train, coach, and support employees while promoting teamwork and accountability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Enforce company policies and warehouse safety procedures. Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement practical solutions. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified). Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to keep operations running efficiently. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role. Leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified). Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified). Perform pre-shift equipment inspections. Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs. Help maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
