Canadian French Call Center Rep

Job Summary

We are seeking a Canadian French Call Center Rep to support customers in both French and English through inbound calls, outbound calls, email support, and insurance document processing. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual customer service professional who enjoys helping people, managing details accurately, and working in a structured call center environment.

This role is well suited for someone with strong communication skills, solid typing ability, and the confidence to navigate multiple systems while delivering a positive customer experience. Insurance experience is not required, making this a strong fit for early-career candidates with at least one year of relatable customer service, call center, email support, or client care experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Canadian French and English.
- Provide professional email support and assist customers with account, policy, or document-related inquiries.
- Process insurance-related documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to research information, update records, and resolve customer needs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal teams, and support departments.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards in a fast-paced call center environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Pay range noted: $22 to $24 per hour.
- Job type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
- Location: Seattle, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle bilingual French and English customer service calls.

- Full fluency in French and English is required, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- 1 to 2 years of relatable customer service, call center, client care, email support, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or 8,000 KPH required.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional call center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process documents accurately.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new processes.
- Professional, dependable, organized, and customer-focused.
- Ability to complete required pre-screen questions prior to submission.

Preferred Qualifications

- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Email and/or chat support experience is preferred.
- Prior bilingual customer service or call center experience is preferred.
