Company Conformance Statements In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Position purpose To support the company’s financial health and business strategy within the treasury team.Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Support acquisition integration by analyzing legacy bank accounts, implementing new post-close account structure, and procedures to enhance fund flow and controlCoordinate cash transfers, funding requirements, and intercompany transactionsProactively identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency and safeguard the company’s cash.Prepare treasury reports and management presentationsInvestigate bank accounts discrepanciesMonitor and respond to treasury related requestsEnsure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulationsBank deposits of checks receivedUpdate bank user access Travel as needed.Other duties as assignedQualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.EXPERIENCE: Minimum three -five years of relevant treasury experience, accounting, banking or corporate finance.Experience with liquidity management or banking Performance Requirements:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Kyriba, NetSuite or Treasury Management Systems is preferredExcellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; with the ability to effectively elicit / provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers).Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEquipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.Work Environment: Work requires hand dexterity for office machine operation, stooping and bending to files and supplies, mobility to complete errands, or sitting for extended periods of time. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasionally work environment may be very stressful.Mental/Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. May view computer screens for long periods of time. Occasional evening or weekend work.
