Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist Location: Vitality Living of Aitkin Position type: Full‑time, benefited, 1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: Primarily working in SNF/LTC, OP, and HH. Opportunity for leadership roles.
