Data Integration - Team Lead

Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Data Integration – Team Lead to join our team! Overview The qualified candidate will support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support. The candidate will respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture. Core services include cross-domain solutions, secure network access, data management, systems integration, and access relevant reporting across U.S. and multinational platforms. Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly). Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (on-site). Qualifications 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery. 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks. Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability. Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. Desired Education Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Or equivalent education such as an Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline. Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
