Job description Toker's Guide (tokersguide.com) is an online platform providing connoisseur reviews, guides, and information to help consumers discover top-rated dispensaries, cannabis products, and strains in the medical and recreational cannabis markets. As part of a new growth initiative we're helping dispensary clients find and hire candidates for key positions. This description is for a Fairfax, VA area dispensary that's looking for responsible Budtenders to advise their customers, educate them on cannabis products, and provide excellent customer service. Please see additional details below: Responsibilities
Work Location: In person
- Work with a team to help foster a thriving workplace.
- Use customer service skills to create a great client experience.
- Inform customers about new products and services.
- Guide customers through the checkout and payment process.
- Complete logs and reports.
- Proven work experience in a relevant customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis (previous work in the industry not required).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented
