SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Andrews University (8700 West Campus Circle Drive, Berrien Springs, MI 49104). Schedule: Full time, Sunday through Saturday; second shift, 40 hours per week. Other details will be discussed during interview. Location: Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI 49104. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
