Caregiver Needed - Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) - Altoona, PA 16601

Job Description

Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team. This position is for 40 hours per week serving a client in Altoona, PA (ZIP Code 16601). We are seeking caring individuals who are committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Schedule

Responsibilities Assist the client with the following:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Personal care support, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
Light housekeeping
Laundry and linen changes
Mobility and transfer assistance
Incontinence care, as needed
Medication reminders (if permitted by the care plan)
Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
Ability to provide highquality care while maintaining client dignity and independence
Must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, including clocking in and out at the client's verified service location
All employees of Affinity Healthcare Solutions are mandatory reporters and must adhere to all Department of Health (DOH) regulations and Affinity Healthcare Solutions policies and procedures.
