Project Manager - Commercial Solar

The Project Manager - Commercial Solar will support the successful execution of commercial construction and renewable energy projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with project leadership, this individual will coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client communications while helping drive projects to successful completion.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of construction and renewable energy projects throughout all project phases
• Review contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation to identify risks and support project planning
• Manage project schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement activities, and closeout documentation
• Track project costs, billing, forecasting, and budget updates to support financial performance
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project progress
• Support permitting, inspections, testing requirements, and regulatory compliance activities
• Participate in owner meetings, construction meetings, and project status reviews
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, and contract administration
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts, proposal development, and project planning activities
• Promote safe project execution and adherence to company standards and policies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting commercial construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and construction administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management and project scheduling software

Salary Range: $80,500 - $95,000 Depending on experience
