Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider in Batavia, New York, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team for weekend and holiday coverage. Our 160-bed facility is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their optimized outcomes, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.

About the Receptionist Role

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and directing visitors and families in a friendly and professional manner

• Handling multi line phone calls and messages in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files

• Distributing Resident Funds and balancing ledger

• Sorting Mail

• Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Receptionist Requirements

• Prior experience as a receptionist preferred

• Dependable, reliable attendance is required.

• Must be a self-starter who can work independently.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle resident information appropriately.

Schedule

• This position provides coverage on weekends (2pm-8pm) and holidays. Applicants should be available to work scheduled shifts consistently and arrive on time.
