LVN - Private Duty Nursing

Position Overview Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in home settings. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Deliver nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders. Monitor and interpret signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes. Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses. Qualifications & Skills Active LVN license in the practice state. Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification. Preferably one year of professional nursing experience. Key Duties Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing needs, administering treatments, and documenting care to support patient health and safety.
