What you will do Help build and own a mature, scalable GRC framework to manage Garner's regulatory risks, obligations, and internal policies Serve as the internal point-person for the Revenue, Marketing, and other teams on day-to-day regulatory and compliance‑related challenges and questions Manage Garner's ongoing compliance obligations, including its license application and renewal program and other required regulatory filings Partner with the Product Team to provide guidance on new product initiatives and changes to existing products, ensuring that innovations remain compliant with applicable rules Develop and maintain formal protocols for internal and external investigations, risk assessments, and incident response preparation Provide generalist legal support on an as‑needed basis What you will bring to the team 7+ years of experience in regulatory and compliance, with practical working knowledge of key regulatory regimes applicable to Garner A J.D. from a U.S. law school and admitted to a state bar Proven experience building compliance programs from the ground up in a high‑growth or startup environment A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to company success Ideally, experience working in a rapidly‑evolving startup environment and a desire to support our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system Compensation Transparency The base salary range for this position is $240,000 - $270,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), and other benefits.
