Trace-A-Matic is hiring 1st Shift and 2nd Shift CNC Machinists , see below:

CNC Machinist Job Overview: You would perform set up, operation, and programming of complex machined components for many different industries.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ability to set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented
• Run the first piece to print specification
• Knowledge of programming and may have ability to make edits or program.
• Manually inspect the part to the inspection sheet criteria
• Ability to read blueprints to a medium/high level and correlate that back to the inspection protocol and documentation
• Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing
• May run multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell
• Advanced shop math with trigonometry and geometry
• Mentor and train operators
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ CNC technical diploma preferred
• 5+ years of Machining experience
• Individuals should show intelligence, mechanical interest/aptitude, good math skills and most importantly willingness to learn.

Type: CNC Machinist, Full Time, 1st Shift (6am to 6pm) and 2nd Shift (6pm to 6am)
