Competitive Sign‑On Bonus available for all qualified candidates! Shift: Nights. Job Summary As a Respiratory Therapist you will guide patients through routine care and critical moments. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across a variety of care settings. Responsibilities Assess respiratory status by performing focused exams, interpreting breath sounds and airway patency, and determining necessary respiratory interventions. Deliver evidence‑based therapy, including oxygen support, aerosolized medications, airway clearance techniques, and other treatments in emergency, critical care, and acute settings. Manage ventilation and airways, assist with artificial airway placement, initiate and adjust invasive and noninvasive ventilation, monitor patient responses, and respond quickly to clinical changes or emergencies. Support patients and the care team by educating patients and families, serving as a clinical resource, partnering with physicians and nurses, and helping stabilize newborns during deliveries when needed. Maintain equipment and safety by setting up, operating, cleaning respiratory equipment, ensuring readiness, performing preventive maintenance, transporting ventilated patients safely, and following infection‑prevention standards. Qualifications Advanced Cardiac Life Support obtained within 6 months of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Neonatal Resuscitation Program obtained within 6 months of employment start date. Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
