Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project sites.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct project reviews and implement improvements for future projects.
Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Construction should have:
A strong background in managing healthcare construction projects within the business services industry.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple aspects of construction projects.
A solid understanding of construction regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and project teams.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
