Key Responsibilities: Coordinate communication between residents, families, and staff Assist with admissions, scheduling, and documentation Support billing, Medicare/Medi-Cal processes, and compliance reporting Track staffing changes and collaborate with nursing and payroll Provide courteous and professional support across departments Help plan welcome events and deliver admission baskets Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights Qualifications: Experience in healthcare administration, invoicing, billing, or scheduling preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Why Join Feather River Care Center?
