We owe our success to our innovative product, our emphasis on our stores, our commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we get to make in every community we are in.About This TeamThe DC Technology team is a highly-motivated and knowledgeable squad that is responsible for making sure all DC’s running on the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System are supported – from DC peripheral devices to back end application components to support Manhattan WMS. Outside of DC peripheral devices and back end support the team also partners with different vendors for DC MHE. We are seeking an experienced and positive Hardware Specialist to be located at our Columbus facility who can work in a fast-paced and fun environment possessing excellent problem solving and people skills. We are a small but powerful team supporting the second largest labor force in the company!A Day In The Life:Work on DC peripheral devices, include the following: RF devices, Voice devices, PCs, Wifi, & printersManager and oversee all hardware issues, repairs, and track maintenance for the devicesSupport assigned projects - meet project timelines, support the delivery of project goals and objectives, and resolve project problems.Perform preventative maintenance on printers, autobaggers, and DC peripheralsLeads the other Associate Support Analysts on the campus (who are likely on different shifts)Acts as primary POC for DC operations team on their campus, and possibly multiple nearby campuses.Assists is hardware purchases across all DC’sQualifications:Understanding of DC peripheral devices and maintenanceExtremely organized and detail orientedAbility to communicate efficiently with vendors and end users to triage issuesPursuing an IT focused degree, preferredMust Haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
