Assistant Manager
Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team in Conroe, TX. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to supporting daily operations to ensure the success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff coordination.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Support scheduling, training, and supervising team members.
- Help maintain operational efficiency and quality control.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Contribute to problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team.
- Support implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Must pass a background check.
