Insurance Verification Specialist

Position Summary The Insurance Verification Specialist (Greeter) is the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. The specialist provides exceptional customer service, verifies insurance benefits, answers questions, manages calls, and performs clinical clerical tasks while collaborating with the center team.
