Job Title: HVAC Installer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team for a Section 8 housing project in Lorain, OH. This is a 2-year project involving the replacement and installation of furnaces and ductwork. The work schedule consists of 10-hour days from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Replace and install new furnaces and air conditioning units.
• Conduct ductwork installation and change-outs.
• Run line sets and perform brazing.
• Ensure all installations are clean and neat.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and replacement.
• Proficiency in pulling out and replacing furnaces and AC units.
• Experience with ductwork and line sets.
• Ability to braze and perform line set installations.
• Must own personal tools for the job.

• Being able to perform sine sets is a plus.
• Reliability and attention to detail in work performance.

The work is conducted on a Section 8 housing project site in Lorain, OH. It requires working outdoors and in various weather conditions. The role demands adherence to safety protocols and a neat presentation of completed work. Working hours are from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.84/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
