Category Manufacturing Job Description Our long-standing client in Louisville, KY is currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Packers to join their fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role supporting the production line by working closely with Machine Operators to ensure quality and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Set up cartons and prepare them for packing finished products Inspect, count, and verify product quality before packing Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards Perform basic quality control tasks such as measuring, weighing, and checking appearance Support job changeovers and prepare products for shipping and inventory Participate in daily clean, inspect, and lubrication (CIL) routines Maintain tool organization and a clean, orderly work environment Follow all standardized work procedures and documentation, including Support Machine Operators and perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Basic math and computer skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team Job Details Shift time and days: 6:45am - 3:15pm, M-F 2:45pm - 11:15pm, M-F Pay: $15.50 $16.50 This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits available upon conversion This position is currently accepting applications.
