QC Supervisor: Food Safety Leader & Lab Oversight

You will ensure qualified coverage, assign daily work, train technicians, and enforce GMP and HACCP standards to safeguard product quality and safety. You will oversee routine chemical/physical testing, review records, manage hold decisions, and escalate major concerns to the Quality Manager.
