Assembly Operator 2nd ShiftThe Assembly Operator is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assembly team.Responsibilities include assembling parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules; operating and safely handling power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools; maintaining consistent production output while meeting quality standards; performing visual and functional inspections of assembled frames; following all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies; maintaining a clean and organized work area; reporting equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead; working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals; and loading and unloading assembly cells using electric-pallet mover.QualificationsRequirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines, familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools, experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred, ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies, basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions, reliable attendance and punctuality, lift frequent 75 pounds, push and pull frequent objects over 100 pounds, standing work for 8 hours, standup operation in a fast-paced production/assembly environment, frequently bend and pick parts up from the floor, be able to work under pressure due to amount of change overs, strong attention to detail due to product quality standards, be able to comply with staggered brakes structure, must be a team player, must be able to work in teams up to 6, and must be flexible to be reassigned to different duties.Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?
