Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume fast casual restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, and cleanliness
Lead, train, and develop team members while driving a positive culture
Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure operational efficiency
Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications:

4+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast casual
Strong background in managing restaurant operations and financial performance
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$65,000 – $70,000 total compensation (base + bonus + profit sharing)
