Hiring: Sales Representative

Pay: Commission, based on production.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Exceed monthly sales targets by selling vehicles, parts, and services to customers
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to customers
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, product features, and benefits
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends and competitor activity
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software
