Full-time position, 40 hours per week plus 2.5hours OT, Monday through Friday 8:30am -6pm

Closed weekends and all Major Holidays

This position is primarily focused on new client acquisition.

It's a position with uncapped earning potential, as there is an hourly base pay plus commission - no cap on commissions. There are also monthly and annual bonuses that are based on individual and team merit of hitting sales goals. overall team hitting certain sales goals.

To be successful, must have a dedication to a solid routine, must be able to problem solve and be proactive in generating solutions.

Prior Sales experience preferred, but not required. Training, Continued Education, Resources and On the Job training are made available for all.

Responsibilities

Educate and assist clients in establishing their new insurance policies.

Effective and clear communication with clients and team members.

Leave detailed notes in agency’s Client Records Management System for every interaction.

Focus on agency's pyramid of success and hold self-accountable to daily quotes and new business written.

Requirements

This position does require obtaining the State mandated Insurance License. Details for studying, test taking, paid training and receiving license will be discussed during interview. There is a reimbursement and bonus available once License is obtained. Background checks are run - both by the Division of Insurance and the Corporate Home office of the Insurance Carrier this office represents (Allstate)
