Payrate : $45-52/hr W2

2-NIGHT PRN openings.

2-NIGHT opening for WOCs - Must commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly for a minimum of 13 weeks.

Jail/Clinic: Intake, Transfer, Release (ITR) – No floating to other jails (1 spot – Night)

Jail/Clinic: Outpatient – Floating to all jails (1 spot – Night)

Supporting Documentation/Additional Qualifications:

• Copy of current, valid, unrestricted license as an RN issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing - OR- issued by a participating Compact State.
• Copy of current, completed PSV from the from the from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, obtained via the following link: of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
• Minimum one year of past work experience in this position
• ? Completed Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  through the American Heart Association (In-Person)
  ? Current Tuberculosis (TB) Test: TB Skin Test, QuantiFERON Gold, T-Spot, -OR- Chest X-Ray)
  ? Hepatitis B: Completed Vaccination Series, Titer Testing -OR- Signed Declination
  ? Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR): Vaccination Documentation -OR- Titer Testing
  ? Varicella: Vaccination Documentation, Titer Testing, -OR- Signed Attestation of Past
  Chickenpox

Service Description: Provides assessments and implements appropriate nursing interventions. Monitors patient's progress as appropriate and evaluates outcomes. Performs standard nursing procedures appropriate to patient needs. Completes and processes all required documentation, including plans and discharge planning, in a comprehensive, objective, and legible manner. Provides health-related education to patients as appropriate to patient needs. Administers medication and addresses other pharmacological needs as protocol dictates, and performs basic intravenous and phlebotomy skills as required. Participates in the orientation and training of new employees, contract staff, students, and others as needed.
