Director of Youth Programs & Community Impact

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City is seeking a versatile program director to oversee a broad range of youth programs for ages 5–18. You will plan, develop, and supervise programming, coordinating staff and volunteers to deliver innovative services in our clubs. You will also ensure quality, safety, and community engagement in all activities. Key responsibilities include leading program staff, facilitating meetings, and building partnerships with parents and community groups to expand #J-18808-Ljbffr
