Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- CA Coastal Market

Job Description Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within specified timelines and develop foundational advisor skills, acquire, build, and manage client relationships, and apply consultative approaches to deliver comprehensive financial solutions across Bank of America’s banking and investment platforms. Upon demonstrating success as a licensed Advisor, progression to Stage II will involve deeper relationship management and portfolio growth within Bank of America and Merrill. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and must continuously maintain registration; failure to meet registration or background check standards may result in termination. Responsibilities Complete structured training courses to obtain required security licenses within 30–120 days. Build a client base at a financial center, interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and high‑net‑worth clients. Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive financial advice, deliver client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies to achieve client goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to a full spectrum of solutions. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements and maintain good standing with the SAFE Act registry. Required Qualifications Strong aptitude in obtaining industry licenses. Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Effective communication and collaboration with peers. Results‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license. Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
