✨ What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire teachers in your classroom, modeling best practices and giving supportive feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued and excited to learn.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® , designed to spark curiosity and encourage discovery for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
• Build strong connections with families, sharing each child’s milestones and achievements through apps, conversations, and daily updates.
• Partner with your center’s leadership team to support enrollment goals and create a welcoming community.
• Be a role model with a growth mindset , fostering a lifelong love of learning in every child.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of professional early childhood teaching experience (2+ years preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or related field. High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .
• CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred).
• A positive, dependable, and enthusiastic personality who loves working with children and families!
