CDL A Delivery Driver

CDL A Delivery Driver Location: Mansfield, OH We need a passionate driver who loves the road and values home time. As a Delivery Driver with Gordon Food Service, you will build relationships with customers while delivering food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Day shifts and local routes mean you’ll be home every day. You will be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs and use a ramp and two‑wheeler throughout your shift. Schedule Monday - Friday, start time 3 AM‑5:30 AM until the route is finished. Pay Drivers average $70K - $85K per year. Guaranteed minimum of $1,150 per week. Daily base pay, plus component pay. Responsibilities Build relationships with customers. Deliver food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities. Unload cases up to 100 lbs. Operate a two‑wheeler cart with loads up to 350 lbs. Lift up to 100 lbs throughout your shift. Read, write, and communicate in English (labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, etc.). Pass drug test and background check. Maintain a clean driving record as required by DOT and company standards. Register with the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent. Qualifications At least 21 years of age. Class A CDL License at hire. Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads up to 350 lbs. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout your shift. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Successfully pass a drug test and background check. Clean driving record. Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with electronic consent.
