Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining facility equipment and systems to ensure safe, efficient operations. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor/Facilities Manager Essential Responsibilities: • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain HVAC systems and replace worn components. • Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime. • Keep detailed maintenance logs and work order documentation. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred. • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic mechanical skills • Knowledge in industrial electrical control wiring and 480 Volts • Troubleshooting • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding • Experience with power transmission and conveyor belts. • Knowledge of machine repair • Must supply your own tools Benefits: • Full Benefit Package after 90 Days • Vacation Pay after 1 year of service For more information, please contact Tammy Maldonado (Human Resources) at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
