Radiation Oncologist

The Department of Radiation Oncology at Henry Ford Health (HFH) in Michigan is recruiting for a full-time, American Board of Radiology board eligible/certified radiation oncologist faculty position. The candidate must have a license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan or be eligible to obtain licensure in Michigan. The successful applicant will assist in the development and enhancement of the department's ability to provide clinical expertise in the multidisciplinary care of patients. Faculty are also expected to participate in clinical trials, research, and education. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a cutting‑edge clinical environment, engage in clinical and/or translational research and teach. Physician scientists may benefit from start‑up support. Technology capabilities include MR‑ and CT‑guided adaptive procedures, HDR brachytherapy, SRS/SBRT, hyperthermia, TBI/TSET, a dedicated MR simulator, and integration across campuses with Eclipse/ARIA on a single database. Physics QA procedures are standardized across all sites. The department also features strong radiation physics and biology divisions actively engaged in translational research such as AI, FLASH, and gene therapy.
